Our company continues to improve the layout of testing equipment in the wire and cable industry

Recently, our company will gradually launch specialized testing equipment for the wire and cable industry, and improve the layout of the wire and cable testing equipment industry.

Previously, our company had equipment for cable testing, such as conductor DC resistance tester, insulation resistance tester, and single insulated wire and cable vertical combustion tester. This launch will greatly enrich and improve the types of testing equipment, covering all commonly used testing items. At present, the combustion performance testing equipment that has been put on the shelves includes wire and cable bundle combustion testing machine, wire and cable smoke density testing system, wire and cable fire resistance testing machine (line integrity test), halogen acid gas content testing device (including pH value and conductivity), combined with the existing single vertical combustion testing instrument, which can fully cover all the requirements of GB/T 19666-2019 "General Rules for Flame retardant and Fire resistant Wires, Cables or Optical Cables". The equipment to be put on the shelves in the future includes physical and mechanical performance testing equipment (such as high temperature pressure testing device, thermal extension testing device, low temperature testing device, two or three wheel bending testing machine, repeated bending testing machine, etc.), electrical performance testing equipment (such as power frequency withstand voltage tester, constant temperature water tank, etc.), and some special cable specific testing equipment.

In the future, our company will continue to deeply cultivate the inspection and testing equipment industry, providing more accurate and efficient testing equipment for our customers!
