On September 9th, the 27th China International Optoelectronics Expo (CIOE) kicked off at the Shenzhen International Convention and Exhibition Center. Among the series of products exhibited this time, the Ruichuang flint OGI gas detection series has received widespread attention from the industry. The product focuses on the pain points of gas detection in the fields of oil and gas, chemical industry, power, etc., relying on self-developed AI gas coloring algorithm to achieve visual detection of gas leaks. It can accurately identify and segment the leakage area, clearly restore the contour and diffusion trajectory of gas plumes, and effectively solve the long-standing pain points of "difficult detection and positioning" in the industry.

For scenarios such as industrial automation, rail transit, and scientific research testing that require high image continuity, Ruichuang Flint has launched the TN660 high frame rate online temperature measurement thermal imager. The device adopts a 640 × 512 uncooled vanadium oxide detector, supporting 120Hz high frame rate output, balancing thermal image details and temperature measurement accuracy. The temperature measurement range covers two levels: -20 ℃~150 ℃ and 100 ℃~650 ℃, with an accuracy of ± 2 ℃ or ± 2% of the reading. In terms of integration, TN660 provides rich interfaces such as RJ4 and Gigabit Ethernet ports, compatible with various protocols such as ONVIF, GB28181, MQTT, etc., making it easy for users to carry out secondary development and system deployment.
For the electricity scenario, Ruichuang Flint demonstrated the intelligent temperature detection of distribution cabinets using the TN220 dual spectrum card thermal imager at this exhibition. The TN220 dual spectrum card thermal imager adopts a single aviation plug design, which is compact in structure and small in size, meeting the detection needs of small spaces such as distribution cabinets. The device is equipped with AI algorithms that can identify key equipment components. Once an abnormal temperature rise is detected, an alarm can be triggered and data can be transmitted back. At the same time, it supports dual warnings of overheating and fireworks, ensuring the stable operation of power equipment from multiple dimensions.
