SRPV series film thickness sensor

1、 Product Overview

The SRPV100 optical film thickness sensor is a sensor used for online monitoring of Poly film thickness in photovoltaic TopCon products. It has a compact integrated design and is easy to operate. By analyzing the reflection spectrum formed by interference, it accurately characterizes information such as Poly film thickness and optical constants.

3、 Measurement principle

The reflected light on the upper and lower surfaces of the thin film is enhanced or weakened due to the phase difference between them. The phase difference depends on the wavelength and optical path of the light (equal to the round-trip distance of the thin film light multiplied by the refractive index). For transparent thin films, the optical path difference is equal to an integer multiple of the wavelength, and the reflection is constructive.
