Product Introduction:
This product uses colloidal gold immunochromatography technology to detect imidacloprid pesticide residues in vegetables, which has the characteristics of simple operation and short detection time.
Scope of application
This product is suitable for on-site or laboratory rapid detection of imidacloprid pesticide residues in vegetables.
Detection Principle
This product uses colloidal gold immunochromatography technology to freeze dry gold labeled antibodies in the detection micropores. The detection line (T line) and control line (C line) of the nitrocellulose membrane are separately coated with imidacloprid antigen and sheep anti mouse IgG secondary antibody. If the sample contains imidacloprid, it binds to the colloidal gold labeled imidacloprid monoclonal antibody during microporous incubation, thereby inhibiting the binding of the gold labeled antibody to the imidacloprid antigen coated on the nitrocellulose membrane. If the color of the T-line is weaker than that of the C-line or does not show color, that is, the content of imidacloprid in the sample is equal to or exceeds the product detection limit, otherwise it is lower than the product detection limit.
Product Composition
5 test paper tubes, each containing 8 detachable red micro holes and 8 test paper strips
Sample universal extraction solution: 7 bottles, 15mL, 2 graduated centrifuge tubes
40 200 μ L straws
Key sampling varieties
Vegetables: Jiegua, cabbage (cabbage), radish, regular cabbage, Chinese cabbage, tomato, cucumber (cucumber), spinach, lettuce, beans.
sample pretreatment
1. Take 2 g ± 0.1 g of the crushed sample and add it to a 15 mL or 50 mL centrifuge tube.
2. Measure and add 8 mL of sample universal extraction solution, shake thoroughly and mix well to obtain the test solution.
Sample dilution
Remove the test paper tube from the original packaging, open it and take out the required number of red microporous reagents. Dilute different types of samples according to the following methods:
| sample variety | dilution method | |
| Vegetable: Jiegua | 0.2mg/kg | Add 200 μ L (8-10 drops) of the test solution to the red micropores in sequence, and use a disposable pipette to draw up and down 5-10 times to mix well. |
| Vegetables: cabbage (cabbage), radish | 0.5 mg/kg | |
| Vegetables: regular cabbage, Chinese cabbage, tomato, eggplant, cucumber (cucumber), other | 1 mg/kg |
sample testing
1. After mixing the liquid in the red micropores, the first reaction step begins at 20-40 ℃ and is timed for 3 minutes;
2. Remove the test strip from the test tube and insert it into the red micro hole mentioned above;
3. Start the second step reaction at 20-40 ℃ and time for 6 minutes;
4. Remove the test strip from the micropore, gently scrape off the water absorbing sponge at the bottom of the strip, and interpret the results.
result interpretation
(1) Visual inspection
1. Negative (undetected): T-line color ≥ C-line color.
2. Positive (detected): T-line color<C-line color; The T-line does not show color.
3. Invalid: The colors of the C-line and T-line are not visible.
