Product Introduction:
This product uses colloidal gold immunochromatography technology and is applicable within its scope of application
This product is suitable for on-site or laboratory rapid detection of carbapenem pesticide residues in vegetables.
The verified sample types are as follows:
Leeks, celery, spinach, rapeseed, onions, spring vegetables, lettuce, cabbage, tomatoes, cucumbers, loofah, beans, carrots, lettuce, taro, Chinese cabbage, green peppers, red peppers, potatoes, red cabbage, watercress, coriander, ginger, soybean sprouts, mung bean sprouts, purple perilla, and chrysanthemum.
Detection Principle
This product uses colloidal gold immunochromatography technology to freeze dry gold labeled antibodies in the detection micropores. The detection line (T line) and control line (C line) of the nitrocellulose membrane are separately coated with carbapenem antigen and sheep anti mouse IgG secondary antibody. If the sample contains carbapenem, it binds to the colloidal gold labeled carbapenem monoclonal antibody during the microporous incubation process, thereby inhibiting the binding of the gold labeled antibody to the carbapenem antigen coated on the nitrocellulose membrane. If the color of the T-line is weaker than that of the C-line or does not show color, that is, the content of naphthol in the sample is equal to or exceeds the product detection limit, otherwise it is lower than the product detection limit.
Product Composition
One tube of test paper, each tube contains 10 detachable red micro holes and 10 test paper strips
Sample universal extraction solution 2 bottles 15mL with graduated centrifuge tubes 2 tubes
10 200 μ L straws
Key sampling varieties
Scallion vegetables (onions), Brassica vegetables (rapeseed, spring vegetables), leafy vegetables (spinach, celery, lettuce, leeks), eggplant vegetables (tomatoes, peppers), melon vegetables (cucumbers, loofah), legume vegetables (beans), stem vegetables (lettuce), root and tuber vegetables (taro, potatoes), aquatic vegetables (watercress), sprout vegetables (soybean sprouts, mung bean sprouts), other vegetables (ginger), and cabbage.
sample pretreatment
1. Take 2 g ± 0.1 g of the crushed sample and add it to a 15 mL or 50 mL centrifuge tube.
2. Measure and add 8 mL of sample universal extraction solution, shake thoroughly and mix well to obtain the test solution. The method for detecting residues of carbapenem pesticide in vegetables is characterized by simple operation and short detection time.
