Magnesium salt rapid testing box for Auricularia auricula
Detection principle:
Determine whether the fungus has been soaked in a solution by detecting the presence of magnesium ions and sulfate ions in the fungus sample.
Scope of application:
Used for screening for magnesium adulteration in Auricularia auricula.
Testing steps:
1. Sample processing:
① Take the soaking solution of Auricularia auricula directly as the detection solution;
② Take 1g of fungus sample and soak it in 10mL of purified water for 5 minutes in a triangular flask. Shake well and take the soaking solution as the detection solution.
2. Blank control (this step can be omitted)
Take 1mL of pure water or distilled water and add it to a 1.5mL centrifuge tube. Drop 2 drops of detection reagent and shake well. The solution should be a purple transparent liquid.
3. Sample soaking solution detection
Take 1mL of sample soaking solution and add it to a 1.5mL centrifuge tube. Drop 2 drops of detection reagent, shake well, and observe the results for 5 minutes. If the solution appears as a sky blue flocculent substance, it is considered positive.
