RT-VThe series reflection and transmission measuring instrument adopts an imported deuterium halogen two in one light source, combined with a high-performance spectrometer, which can measure and obtain the reflectance and transmittance spectra of thin films in the ultraviolet to near-infrared spectral range, and further calculate the sample color coordinates, as well as information such as film thickness and optical constants.
