1、 Product Introduction
Safety, reliability, and service life. Traditional oil analysis relies on laboratory testing, which has problems such as long cycles, high costs, and delayed responses, making it difficult to support rapid on-site decision-making. However, in the early stages of oil degradation, there are often no obvious signs. If problems such as water infiltration, oxidation deterioration, pollution, or depletion of additives cannot be detected in a timely manner, it can easily lead to equipment wear, overheating, and even catastrophic failures.In order to meet the needs of efficient, accurate, and low-cost oil monitoring on site, portable oil quality rapid detection devices have emerged.
Portable oil quality rapid detectorBy adopting tuning fork sensing technology and micro rapid heating temperature control technology, precise temperature control of 40 ℃/100 ℃ can be achieved. It is composed of ARM high-performance processor, fluid characteristic sensor, 7-inch resistive touch LCD, USB interface, constant temperature device, built-in power supply, printer, etc. By taking samples of lubricating oil in use, the kinematic viscosity, density, dielectric constant (oil quality), temperature, water activity, and water content parameters of the lubricating oil can be conveniently, quickly, and stably measured. Accurately measuring various physical and chemical indicators of oil degradation, providing evaluation basis for rapid assessment of the lubrication health status of equipment on site, achieving scientific oil replacement according to quality with low-cost and simple methods, prolonging the use time of lubricating oil, early detection of equipment failures, and avoiding major losses.

High measurement accuracy: The measurement accuracy is highly consistent with large laboratory instruments and equipment, with built-in heating modules that provide accurate measurement of physical and chemical indicators of oil at standard temperatures of 40 ℃ and 100 ℃
