1、 Product Introduction
In the lubrication and insulation oil management of industrial equipment, the dielectric constant, as a key electrical parameter reflecting the polarity, aging degree, and pollution status of oil products, is increasingly becoming an important indicator for rapid on-site evaluation of oil product quality. When lubricating oil or insulating oil undergoes oxidation, water infiltration, additive decomposition, or impurities are mixed in, its molecular polarity increases and the dielectric constant significantly increases. Therefore, by monitoring the changes in dielectric constant in real time, it is possible to effectively determine whether the oil has deteriorated, been contaminated, or is approaching the critical point of failure, especially suitable for applications such as transformer oil, hydraulic oil, gear oil, etc. that require high insulation or purity.
To meet the requirements of efficient, non-destructive, and low-cost on-site testing,Oil dielectric constant detectoremerge as the times require. This instrument is based on the principle of high-frequency capacitive sensing or resonant circuit. By placing the oil sample between high-precision measuring electrodes, it automatically measures its dielectric response at a specific frequency and outputs standardized dielectric constant values in combination with temperature compensation algorithm. The device usually integrates an ARM processor, high-sensitivity sensors, 7-inch touch screen, temperature control module, USB/Bluetooth interface, and built-in power supply. It is easy to operate, responds quickly, and only requires a small amount of oil sample to complete the test in 1-2 minutes.
