Abnormal increase in oil temperature often indicates potential faults such as bearing wear, load overload, cooling system failure, or poor lubrication; However, if the oil temperature is too low, it may lead to an increase in viscosity and a decrease in fluidity, affecting the lubrication effect, especially in cold environments or during the cold start stage of equipment. Therefore, real-time and accurate monitoring of the working temperature of lubricating oil is of great significance for ensuring equipment safety, optimizing lubrication management, and achieving predictive maintenance.
Lubricating oil temperature detectorIt is a professional temperature measurement tool designed to meet this demand.
