It is composed of ARM high-performance processor, fluid characteristic sensor, 7-inch resistive touch LCD, USB interface, constant temperature device, built-in power supply, printer, etc. By taking samples of lubricating oil in use, the kinematic viscosity, density, dielectric constant (oil quality), temperature, water activity, and water content parameters of the lubricating oil can be conveniently, quickly, and stably measured. Accurately measuring various physical and chemical indicators of oil degradation, providing evaluation basis for rapid assessment of the lubrication health status of equipment on site, achieving scientific oil replacement according to quality with low-cost and simple methods, prolonging the use time of lubricating oil, early detection of equipment failures, and avoiding major losses.
