YD-ZWG-XLPlant light fermentation tankIt is a light fermentation tank designed specifically for light cultivation, suitable for the cultivation of photosynthetic bacteria and algae. Cylindrical tank with a total volume of 5L, actual cultivation volume: 70%. Built in three spoilers to promote the flow of culture liquid to achieve the mixing effect, and can effectively reduce the number of foam. There are two mixing methods to choose from: bacterial type and cellular type. The light intensity can be adjusted as a percentage and used in conjunction with YD-BIO I software to simulate various lighting modes, such as day night alternation.

The cell and tissue culture of marine organisms, especially microalgae and macroalgae, is one of the hotspots in the research field. Some secondary metabolites, such as halogenated terpenes, are widely studied. YD-ZWG has nearly ten years of research experience in light culture and light reaction. The YD-ZWG-XL light fermentation tank is the crystallization of these research experiences. The light fermentation tank is based on a touch screen and Siemens PLC controller, which can control the parameters of the light culture process well.

Control parameters: temperature, lighting pH、 Dissolved oxygen content, defoaming/liquid level, injection, gas mixing, gas flow rate (providing a mixture of N2, O2, CO2, and air in cell culture)
