1. Fermentation tank body part
Tank structure: Capacity 50L, in place one key fully automatic sterilization, design pressure 0.4Mpa, working pressure 0.15Mpa; Main material: 316L stainless steel; The fermentation tank is equipped with observation glasses, lighting fixtures, and standard interfaces such as air inlet, exhaust outlet, jacket upper and lower ports, temperature probe port, pH probe port, DO probe port, defoaming interface, inoculation port, and 2 feeding ports;
Bottom valve: Aseptic diaphragm valve at the bottom of the tank, hygienic, easy to clean, and capable of repeated sterilization, capable of emptying the bacterial liquid inside the tank.

2.4 Ventilation system
2.4.1 Ventilation volume: configured at a ratio of 1:2VVM or higher.
2.4.2. Swiss imported quality flow meters are automatically controlled to adjust the gas flow rate according to process requirements;
2.4.3 The air is filtered into the tank through two stages of pre filter and fine filter, using a sterilization filter with an accuracy of 0.2 μ m.
2.4.4. The air distributor inside the tank evenly distributes gas; The pipeline is equipped with a check valve to prevent material backflow, ensuring safety and greatly extending its service life.
2.5 Tank Pressure System
2.5.1. Swiss imported high-temperature resistant high-precision pressure sensors are used to accurately detect the pressure of the fermentation tank and automatically adjust the tank pressure.

2.10. One set of fermentation process control system for lower computer
2.10.1 10 inch widescreen color LCD touch screen, imported PLC controller, one controller can simultaneously detect and control the corresponding parameters of the fermentation tank;
