This product is specifically designed for the rapid removal of paraffin embedded tissue sections and for pre-treatment before DNA extraction. This product has the following characteristics:
1. Fast, only need to centrifuge once, eliminating the trouble of repeated liquid changes and centrifugation.
2. With fewer operating steps, it is not easy to lose product samples.
3. The wax removal effect is comparable to the classic xylene/ethanol method.
4. Ready to use, customers do not need to prepare additional reagents themselves.
Usage and Effect
Add 1 mL of solution A to a 1.5 mL plastic centrifuge tube containing a tissue slice, shake for 10 seconds, add 75 μ L of solution B, shake for 10 seconds, mix, centrifuge at 7000 g for two minutes, carefully aspirate the supernatant, vacuum dry the residual liquid, and obtain paraffin embedded tissue slices that can be used for DNA extraction.
