This product is an upgraded column product based on animal DNAOUT, mainly used for rapid extraction of genomic DNA from fresh or frozen animal tissues. Compared to animal DNAOUT, it has the following characteristics:
1. DNA is purer, with OD260/280 values ranging from 1.8-1.9 for most DNA samples, no visible RNA contamination, and can be directly used for subsequent reactions such as PCR, enzyme digestion, hybridization, etc. The DNA yield is 0.5-2 mg/g.
2. The operation is simpler, with centrifugal adsorption replacing centrifugal precipitation,The entire process takes about 10 minutes to operate at room temperature, which is suitable for large-scale sample processing.
3. Safe and non-toxic, this reagent kit is non-toxic to the human body, and has no corrosive or irritating odor.
4. High cost-effectiveness, comparable in quality to similar foreign products, but at a cheaper price.
Usage and Effect
Mix 20-200 mg of minced animal tissue with 1 mL of solution A, incubate at 65 ° C for 5 minutes, centrifuge at room temperature for 2 minutes, use 0.2 times the volume of extraction supernatant once, add an equal volume of solution B, mix well, and divide into two columns. Wash 1-2 times with universal column wash solution, dry shake once, and wash with 0.1 mL of DNA wash solution.
