This product is a reagent kit specifically designed for extracting genomic DNA from animal tissues using magnetic beads. The biological magnetic beads contained in it are a new type of functionalized solid carrier with active groups on its surface, which can be coupled with various bioactive substances. It also has the characteristics of liquid fluidity and solid magnetic materials. Under the action of an external magnetic field, it can move and concentrate directionally. When the external magnetic field is removed, it can be uniformly dispersed in the liquid with slight oscillation or suction, making the separation of solid-liquid phase very fast and convenient. Through simple elution, high-purity target substances can be obtained.The operation process is as follows:

Proteins and other impurities are used to achieve the purpose of separating and purifying DNA. It has the following characteristics:
1. Quick and straightforward, usually completed within 36 minutes.
2. The obtained DNA has high purity, with OD260/OD280 generally reaching 1.7-1.9.
3. High DNA yield,Using 100 uL magnetic bead particles, the yield is 8-30ug/10mg.
4. The length can reach 20kb to 50kb and can be directly used for PCR, Southern blot, and various enzyme digestion reactions.
5. No toxic phenol or other reagents are used, and there is no need for steps such as ethanol precipitation, and the centrifugation step is eliminated.
6. High cost-effectiveness, comparable in quality to imported reagent kits, but at a cheaper price.
