1、 Technical principle:

There are positive and negative electrodes on both sides of the chip hole in the electrolyte liquid. When a voltage is applied and current passes through the small hole, an "electric induction zone" is generated around the small hole. As each particle passes through the small hole, it will displace an equal volume of conductive liquid, instantly increasing the resistance of the electric induction zone and forming a potential pulse. The instrument obtains characterization data of nanoparticles by accurately measuring and analyzing electrical pulses. The amplitude of the electric pulse is proportional to the particle size, and the quantity is proportional to the concentration. Due to the particles passing through the nanopores one by one, true single particle detection has been achieved.

True measurement of single particle size distribution

The new generation of nano Coulter particle size analyzer measures each through-hole particle one by one, directly measuring the volume of each particle to obtain the particle size distribution. There is no phenomenon of mutual influence between large and small particles or oversized particles in traditional optical detection methods.
