2、 Technical principle:

Nano Coulter is a single particle detection method in which each perforated particle produces an instantaneous change in current proportional to the particle volume, with a duration proportional to the particle velocity and thus inversely proportional to the fluid flow velocity. By using a microcurrent detection system to record the electrical pulse signal of each particle, and then calculating it through intelligent analysis software, comprehensive analysis results such as sample particle concentration, particle size, zeta potential, and morphology can be accurately obtained.
