Rigel VenTest 800 respiratory anesthesia machine tester application scope:
The use of reliable calibration tools to measure the reliability and accuracy of mechanical ventilation equipment is key to avoiding fatal errors. Accuracy and reliability are exactly what the VenTest series can provide. It can provide one-way and two-way flow measurement, pressure, temperature, humidity, and oxygen concentration measurement. Supporting adult, pediatric, and high-frequency ventilation measurement modes makes it an ideal testing tool for all ventilators, positive pressure ventilators, spirometers, and many other devices that require gas flow calibration. VenTest combines a simple and intuitive user interface with precise sensor technology to reduce work difficulty.

VenTest 800 standard model, suitable for all routine application testing
VenTest 810 adds vacuum degree test, ± 1bar composite pressure sensor
VenTest 820 adds a micro pressure sensor for measuring 5mbar
Measure and calculate all common respiratory parameters, including flow rate, ventilation volume, pressure, oxygen concentration, temperature, and humidity; The calculated values include: tidal volume (Vti inhalation, Vte exhalation), ventilation volume (Vi inhalation, Ve exhalation), peak flow rate (PF Insp. inhalation, PF Exp. exhalation), time (Ti inhalation, Te exhalation), time ratio (Ti/Ttotal inhalation time/total time), inhalation to exhalation ratio (I: E), respiratory rate (Rate), peak pressure (Ppeak), average pressure (Pmean), positive end expiratory pressure (PEEP), plateau pressure (Pplate), pressure change (Delta P=Plateau PEEP), static compliance (Cstat)
Compatible with 10 gas types, such as air, oxygen, nitrous oxide, helium, nitrogen, carbon dioxide, mixed gases: air/oxygen, nitrous oxide/oxygen, helium/21% oxygen (Heliox), user-defined, and 17 reference or compensation standards required for gas flow measurement
Built in board data storage allows storage of up to 10 records, each containing 16 measurement values, eliminating the risk of manual data capture errors and tedious paperwork. When used in conjunction with the optional FlowLabTM software, valuable performance information can be stored for over 100 hours to achieve overall traceability and comprehensive analysis of ventilator performance.
Providing USB, RS-232, and external trigger interfaces, VenTest can communicate with the ventilator through testing software to improve automation, enhance traceability, and standardize the ventilator testing process. Supports battery operation mode, providing convenient and fast testing with a battery life of up to 3 hours when you are unable to connect to the main power source.
Use the optional MultiGasAnalyzer ™ The OR-703 gas concentration measurement module is used for mainstream online real-time gas concentration monitoring, with special multifunctionality and design. When testing the performance and accuracy of anesthesia delivery and monitoring systems or CO2 monitoring equipment, sensors demonstrate their reliability.
