The Multi Flo infusion equipment analyzer can provide real-time flow monitoring (instantaneous, average flow rate, cumulative volume, etc.), blockage alarm monitoring, analgesic pump dosage monitoring, and human back pressure simulation functions.

Due to the need for a certain time window to stabilize traffic during traffic testing, users can choose to configure 1, 2, or 4 sets of testing channels to improve testing efficiency. When designing equipment, specialized infusion devices such as injection pumps and PCA pain pumps with precise infusion requirements for small flow rates and small drug doses are tested, with a volume resolution of only 10 microliters (the typical volume of deionized water droplets is approximately 40 microliters). For an injection micro pump set to a flow rate of 5ml/hr, the first set of analysis data can be obtained in about 8 seconds, ensuring fast and accurate measurement of instantaneous flow rate.

The inlet and outlet are both designed on the front panel, making connection and operation very convenient

The device is equipped with a background pressure control unit that can set the end pressure of the pipeline from -200 to 600mmHg. This function can complete the evaluation of the impact of blood pressure in the human body on the infusion of the pump

Through Rigel's testing solution software Med eBase, remote (PC) control interfaces can be implemented, allowing the functionality of Multi Flo analyzers to be controlled from a computer. Each device only requires one USB connection, allowing users to connect multiple sets of test channels, thereby increasing the testing capacity in high-capacity testing environments.
