1、 Product Introduction
In the operation and maintenance of modern industrial equipment, lubricating oil is not only a key medium for reducing friction and wear, but also a "barometer" reflecting the health status of the equipment. With the development of equipment towards high speed, heavy load, and precision, the stability requirements for lubricating oil performance are becoming increasingly stringent. However, oil products will gradually deteriorate during use due to oxidation, pollution, water infiltration, and additive consumption. If their quality changes cannot be identified in a timely manner, it can easily lead to lubrication failure, abnormal component wear, and even sudden shutdown accidents. The traditional method of relying on laboratory testing has a long cycle and high cost, making it difficult to support rapid on-site decision-making.

This device integrates multi parameter sensing technology and intelligent analysis algorithms, enabling rapid, non-destructive, and comprehensive quality assessment of lubricating oil in use on site.
Lubricating oil quality testerAdopting tuning fork vibration sensing and micro rapid heating temperature control technology, it supports precise measurement at standard temperatures of 40 ℃/100 ℃. It is equipped with an ARM high-performance processor, high-precision fluid characteristic sensor, 7-inch resistive touch screen, constant temperature module, USB data interface, large capacity lithium battery, and micro printer. Only a small amount of oil sample is needed to quickly determine key indicators such as kinematic viscosity, density, and dielectric constant (which comprehensively reflect oil aging, pollution, and additive status). Through multi parameter fusion analysis, the instrument can accurately determine whether the lubricating oil still has effective lubrication ability, providing scientific basis for "changing oil according to quality", significantly extending the oil change cycle, reducing operation and maintenance costs, and issuing early warnings of equipment failures, effectively avoiding significant economic losses and safety risks. Widely applicable in fields such as electricity, petrochemicals, metallurgy, rail transportation, engineering machinery, and ships, it is the core equipment for building an intelligent lubrication management system.
