1、 Product Introduction

In the operation of industrial equipment, the dynamic viscosity of lubricating oil is the core physical parameter for measuring its flow resistance and load-bearing capacity, which directly affects the quality of lubricating film formation, the degree of wear of friction pairs, and the stability and service life of equipment operation. Excessive viscosity can lead to difficulty in starting and increased energy consumption; If the viscosity is too low, it is difficult to form an effective oil film, which exacerbates mechanical wear. Especially under high temperature, high pressure, or extreme working conditions, lubricating oil is prone to viscosity degradation due to oxidation, shear, or contamination. If not monitored in a timely manner, serious equipment failure hazards will be buried. The traditional laboratory viscosity detection method is cumbersome and time-consuming, making it difficult to meet the needs of rapid on-site diagnosis.

It adopts high-precision vibration or rotation sensing technology, combined with an intelligent temperature control system, and can directly measure the dynamic viscosity of oil products (unit: mPa · s or cP) at simulated actual operating temperatures (such as 40 ℃, 100 ℃). Some models can also synchronously obtain auxiliary parameters such as dynamic viscosity and density.
