Application scope:
Compliant with the safety requirements of GB9706.4, capable of verifying and calibrating electric power output devices. Unlike the traditional method of measuring current through resistance voltage division and calculation, Uni Therm uses high-resolution current transformers for direct current measurement. Therefore, Covidien FT10 energy workstation chose Uni Therm for its calibration work. At the same time, through the user customized and edited automatic testing program, it can safely guide users to complete the entire testing process automatically, saving more time. Continuous measurement and single measurement mode can also be performed.

The main advantages and functions include an integrated onboard memory manager (with built-in electronic documents such as test circuits, the device can directly input the required automated test program through the keyboard, and can store test results on site), graphical color LCD screen prompts for operation steps, built-in user edited automated test programs, direct connection to energy output ports without the need to prepare consumables such as test pens and negative plates, comprehensive test result judgment, data storage and export functions.

The load resistor with high power and low inductance characteristics can be freely set from 0 to 1 with a current of up to 8 amperes and a duty cycle, ensuring that the high-power energy output device can continue to operate during calibration and performance testing, avoiding overheating protection that may cause it to malfunction and stop working. Suitable for calibrating high current vascular closure working mode.
The device provides all necessary resistors within a single chassis, and the non inductive load box has over 1000 levels of resolution within the testing range of 0-5115 Ω, providing high detail power curve analysis.
The testing circuit of the negative electrode contact monitor can be executed automatically or manually. High precision potentiometers can provide a 1 Ω resolution variation, simulate changes in the impedance of the negative electrode plate in contact with the human body, and test whether the alarm for poor contact of the electrode plate has failed.
Uni Therm has excellent operability, and inserting a USB keyboard can easily work with the internal memory of the machine to quickly edit test programs. Bluetooth technology allows wireless connection between PCs and direct reading printing devices, enabling quick downloading of test data and uploading of specific testing plans from manufacturers.
By using the built-in oscilloscope output, the output waveform can be checked, making it easy to confirm the desired waveform shape.
