Capable of quickly analyzing the reflection spectrum data of thin films within seconds, and analyzing the thickness of single-layer and multi-layer thin films. The dedicated handheld probe facilitates the measurement of curved surfaces such as glasses and car lights.

2、 Main features and application scenarios

The design of NS Touch NIR places special emphasis on the convenience of practical operation and the reliability of measurement results. The main features include:
1. Convenient measurement of curved surfaces: Its handheld probe design is very suitable for directly measuring film layers on irregular or curved surfaces such as glasses and car lampshades, without the need for complex sampling.
2. Powerful software algorithms: The built-in AutoCal algorithm can effectively reduce the tedious work of daily calibration, while the automatic sample detection algorithm makes the measurement process very intuitive and easy to use.
3. Accurate measurement of ultra-thin film layers: For ultra-thin films such as hydrophobic layers with a thickness of only about a hundred atoms, NIR models utilize their near-infrared band characteristics to achieve precise measurement. It is also applicable for single-layer or multi-layer thickness analysis of anti reflective coatings (AR Coating) and hard coatings.
