MOCON has launched a new generation of entry-level oxygen and water vapor permeability testing instruments for films and packaging:Single chamber permeation analyzer OX-TRAN ® 2/22 and AQUATRAN ® 3/34 is a low-cost solution designed for testing low to high barrier OTR or WVTR.They are simple and easy to use, very suitable for first-time users, and advanced operators do not need to be retrained.

Like other MOCON instruments,The new single chamber permeation analyzer maintains high-performance film testing performance while also possessing packaging testing capabilities.They are equipped with a test chamber that can be used to test various sample sizes and types through replaceable horizontal test chamber boxes.Provide accurate and reproducible test results within a wide detection range.

Efficient testing performance and wide range of applications

The new instrument adopts MOCON's special test chamber design, with a horizontally detachable and easy to load test chamber box, which can improve the repeatability of testing. One click opening and closing of the test chamber, the chamber box can automatically clamp and maintain consistent force on any sample thickness. After removing the cabin box, the sample can be easily cleaned and will always be tested within the cabin box range, reducing operator variability.

Interchangeable test chamber boxes such as packaging transfer test chambers, edge effect and small area test chamber boxes, and other custom designed optional test chamber boxes help users expand the scope of testing applications, making testing special or difficult samples easier,And compatible with other MOCON permeation analyzers for use.All test cabin boxes use MOCON TruSeal ® The design reduces interference from testing conditions, improves the reproducibility of results, and reduces the need to run a single zero point.
