1、 The high-pressure pump of the laboratory pure water machine does not start, unable to produce water
Check if there is a power outage and if the plug is properly inserted
Check if the low-voltage switch is malfunctioning and unable to connect the power supply
Check if the high-voltage switch or water level controller is malfunctioning and cannot be reset
Check if the transformer and fuse are burnt out
2、 The high-pressure pump of the laboratory pure water machine is working normally but cannot produce water
High pressure pump loses pressure
Pre filter clogged (no pure water or wastewater or small wastewater)
Check valve blockage (with wastewater, no pure water)
The solenoid valve is malfunctioning and cannot be effectively opened.
Is the RO membrane clogged
3、 The high-pressure pump of the laboratory pure water machine does not stop
The pressure of the high-pressure pump is insufficient and cannot reach the set pressure
The check valve is blocked and cannot produce pure water (there is wastewater but no pure water)
High voltage switch malfunction, unable to trip
The solenoid valve is malfunctioning and cannot be effectively opened
4、 The high-pressure pump stops, but the wastewater does not stop
Electromagnetic valve malfunction, unable to effectively cut off water supply
(Inspection method: Close the pressure drum ball valve. If there is still wastewater, it can be concluded that the solenoid valve is malfunctioning.)
There is another situation where the inlet solenoid valve is closed and then opened. If the machine is normal, it is determined that the water pressure is too high, causing the solenoid valve to not close flexibly. Therefore, it is considered to adjust the inlet manifold to reduce the water pressure
Pressure relief of check valve (with minimal wastewater) (Inspection method: Close the inlet solenoid valve. If there is still wastewater, it can be concluded that the check valve is releasing pressure)
5、 The laboratory pure water machine repeatedly jumps after being filled with water
Insufficient pressure of raw water
Check valve pressure relief
High voltage switch malfunction
There is a pressure relief phenomenon in the system

8、 The ratio of pure water to wastewater in laboratory water purifiers is severely imbalanced
Check if the flushing solenoid valve is damaged
Check if the wastewater proportioner is blocked or too conductive
Check if the RO membrane is clogged or if the removal rate has significantly decreased
9、 The laboratory pure water machine keeps flushing
The wastewater ratio is ineffective or the flushing opening is not tight
