On July 14, 2025, the professional technical team of Beijing Beiguang Jingyi went to Zhejiang Guoneng Technology Co., Ltd. to provide special operation training for its equipment maintenance personnel on GB1410 insulation resistance tester, voltage breakdown tester, and dielectric constant dielectric loss tester. The purpose of this training is to enhance the ability of energy companies to test the insulation performance of high-voltage electrical equipment and ensure safe production under material conditions.
The training adopts a dual module mode of "theory+practice":
Theoretical teaching
Focus on analyzing the working principles of GB1410 insulation resistance tester, voltage breakdown tester, and dielectric constant dielectric loss tester, including the technical points of separating volume/surface current using the three electrode method, and explain insulation failure prevention measures based on actual cases of Guoneng Group. On site practical operation
Under the guidance of engineers, trainees complete resistivity tests on samples such as cable insulation layers and transformer sleeves, and master core operating procedures such as selecting testing voltage (500V/1000V range) and determining data stability (1-minute standard testing duration).
Director Xiao of the Equipment Department of Guoneng Group said, "This training has solved the pain point of large fluctuations in insulation testing data in the past and provided more accurate technical support for equipment condition assessment." Li Gong, the training manager of Beiguang Jingyi, emphasized that in the future, we will deepen cooperation with energy enterprises and develop customized testing solutions that are suitable for new power equipment.
