The G1010 series oxygen analyzer uses primary batteries as the main component and can detect oxygen levels ranging from 100% to 0.1 ppm in various gases. The instrument is controlled by a microprocessor, providing high-quality and diverse functions.
The large multi position automatic shift LCD displays concentration and user adjustable parameters.
There are two alarm channels that can be programmed by the user as high, low, or off. Each alarm provides a set of power-off conversion contacts that can be set to any concentration value within the instrument range.
When placing an order, the analog output can be programmed as 0-5V or 4-20mA.
Several different types of sensors can be provided to enable the analyzer to operate well in various application environments. This includes sensors that can be used in the presence of high concentrations of slightly acidic gases such as CO2 and H2S.
Remote sensor type G1010 can also be provided, so that the control/display module can be separated from the sensor by several hundred meters. Depending on the distance between them and the concentration to be detected, sensors can be directly connected to the display module or connected through an integrated two-wire transmitter.
Due to the fact that the sensor belongs to the "simple instrument" category specified in the European standard EN50020, remote sensors can be installed in hazardous areas. However, a suitable Zener safety barrier or primary battery isolation device must be installed between the sensor component and the control/display module.
