Product Details

The K522 OEM hydrogen purity analyzer uses a thermal conductivity sensor to accurately detect changes in a certain component in binary or quasi binary mixed gases (i.e., only one component in the mixed gas changes). The gases that can be detected include H2, CO2, Ar, He, as well as various halogenated hydrocarbons such as Freon. As long as the thermal conductivity of one component in the mixture is different from that of another component, it can be detected in the mixture. Depending on the gas being detected, the range can be from high ppm to 100%. Thermal conductivity sensors detect the thermal conductivity of gases. This type of sensor has a high sensitivity, low heat capacity, and non consumable component that does not require maintenance.
It is a DIN rail mounted "non display" instrument with a remote explosion-proof thermal conductivity sensor. This instrument provides 4-20mA output and RS232 communication. It can be programmed to detect 0-10%, 0-30%, and 0-100% H2 or He in nitrogen or argon background gas, as well as other gases and ranges. Please feel free to inquire.
The electronic components must be installed in a safe area and connected to the thermal conductivity meter installed in the hazardous area through the customer provided Kai installation cable and "explosion-proof" or "increased safety" junction box.
The standard K522 consists of an electronic module and sensors. The entire detection system will also require suitable sampling systems, sample chambers, junction boxes, and cables.
Technical parameters of hydrogen purity analyzer:

2. The standard configuration of this instrument does not include a sampling system and a sample chamber. The sample gas must not agglomerate and will not cause corrosion when passing parallel to the sensor sintering surface (i.e. not directly facing the sintering surface).

3. User interface
