Capable of detecting multiple gases - including H2, CO2, Ar - with the option to measure O2. It has fast preheating, quick response, small maintenance requirements, and requires fewer calibrations.

Hachi's K850 series analyzer accurately detects changes in a certain component in binary or quasi binary mixed gases (i.e., only one component changes in the mixed gas). The gases that can be detected include H2, CO2, Ar, He, as well as various halogenated hydrocarbons such as Freon. As long as the thermal conductivity of one component in the mixture is different from that of another component, it can be detected in the mixture. Depending on the gas being detected, the range can be from high ppm to 100%.

Use a lossless thermal conductivity sensor to detect the thermal conductivity of gas. This type of sensor has a high sensitivity, low heat capacity, and non attenuating component that does not require maintenance. To achieve accuracy and detection range that conventional thermal conductivity sensors cannot provide, there is a microprocessor inside that provides signal processing. Due to the inherent high stability of the system, instruments require almost or no maintenance

The built-in sampling pump can draw sample gas from a low-pressure source or naturally draw sample gas. Use needle valves and flow indicators to control the sample gas flow through the analyzer.

KG850Portable generator purge gas monitoring deviceCan detect two types of gases. It combines the detection function of K850 with the oxygen detection function of electrochemical cells. It can detect oxygen concentrations ranging from 100ppm to 100%, depending on the operating conditions.

KG850 uses sealed rechargeable batteries, so it is truly portable. Rechargeable batteries can be used continuously for 6 hours. If prolonged use is required, the instrument panel can be connected to a battery charger. The entire instrument is placed in a hard ABS box, equipped with a handle that can also be used as a foot to adjust the tilt height. The large and high-definition LCD displays the detected concentration, as well as the information and prompts that appear when setting and calibrating the instrument using the menu.
