4Online installation

1. Remove the instrument from the packaging box, first check the appearance and interior for any serious damage caused by transportation, and then verify whether the instruction manual and accessories are complete.

2. Use an outer diameter of Φ 3pipelineConnect the instrument with the gas sourceconnectAnd check for any air leaks. Turn on the gas source switch, and the pressure on the instrument gauge should be consistent with the pressure on the gas source gauge.When the pressure is greater than0.2MPaFirst, close the input port, then quickly close the output port,2No significant change in hourly pressure indicates no air leakage.And carefully inspect all pipelines to confirm that there are no leaks

5Operation steps

1.Turn on the gas source switch and confirm that there is no leakage.

2.Turn on the power of the hydrocarbon remover and set the control temperature to350℃，Start warming up(Please refer to the instructions for using the temperature control table in the appendix for details).After one hour of stable startup, the gas can be used for testing normally.

3. After use, turn off the power and cool down for 30 minutes, then turn off the gas source switch.

8、 Precautions

aRegularly check the gas source silica gel, molecular sieve, and activated carbon. If there is any failure (based on silica gel discoloration), replace the packing or activate it in a timely manner. When replacing, please cut off the power first and wait for the pressure to reach zero before proceeding with the operation.

bWhen replacing the gas source or packing, a leak test is required. (As long as there are changes in the pneumatic system, a leak test must be conducted when starting up)

c．Regularly check the hydrocarbon removal effect of the instrument. If the concentration of purified air exceeds the standard, replace the packing or reactivate it.
