Water Quality Testing Kit BACTERISK
In the past, water quality testing always required compromise, and reliable results took hours or even days, while rapid testing methods were expensive and complex to operate. Bacterisk is a technology that balances speed, accuracy, simplicity, portability, and cost-effectiveness.
Bacterisk can not only detect endotoxins in human and animal feces, but also harmful pathogens caused by contaminated soil runoff, such as Pseudomonas aeruginosa. Unlike other water pollution detection methods that require complex and expensive equipment, laboratory testing, bacterial growth, or long waiting times for results, Bacterisk's new endotoxin detection technology can safely, economically, simply, flexibly, and almost real-time detect water quality.
Unlike other water quality testing methods, Bacterisk allows you to conduct precise on-site water quality risk assessments within 15 minutes. This is thanks to MOLENDOTECHR&DThe endotoxin detection technology eliminates the long waiting time for laboratory testing and avoids the dangerous operation of cultivating live bacteria.

◆characteristic
quickly
Bacterisk only takes 15 minutes to obtain results, helping you take quick action.
This reagent kit can be self calibrated without disinfection, and there is no need to wait between multiple tests.
You can even screen multiple samples simultaneously, which is particularly effective for tracing the source of feces.
reliable
The results of Bacterisk are highly correlated with traditional culture (membrane filtration) detection methods.
The high accuracy of Bacterisk means that on-site risk assessment can be quickly carried out relying on Bacterisk.
flexible
Bacterisk is portable, durable, simple and intelligent.
Its waterproof rating reaches IP67 and can be carried to the site for testing any seawater or flowing water body.
Only a small amount of training is needed to quickly master Bacterisk, so Bacterisk can be used by various team members or employees.
◆operating steps
Only a few simple steps are needed to detect water quality
1. Start the Bacterisk detection box
2. Add the sample to the dilution tube, shake well, and transfer to a test tube
3. Place the test tube into the detection box, cover it with a lid, press the "SELECT" button, and the results will be obtained after 15 minutes

◆What is endotoxin
Endotoxins, also known as lipopolysaccharides (LPS), are the main components of the outer wall of Gram negative bacteria such as Escherichia coli, Vibrio, Campylobacter, and Salmonella.
Although endotoxin detection technology has been widely developed in the pharmaceutical and healthcare fields, MOLENDOTECH innovatively applies this technology to water quality testing, making water pollution detection safe, fast, simple, and portable.
Gram negative bacteria
The most harmful type of bacteria found in contaminated water is Gram negative bacteria. Unlike Gram positive bacteria, they have a hard shell protective structure that is difficult to kill and exhibit strong resistance to antibiotics.
When the cell wall is damaged, Gram negative bacteria release endotoxins. If present in human infections, they can worsen disease symptoms and may lead to sepsis.
However, in the ecological environment, endotoxins also provide new possibilities for monitoring bacteria. Due to the fact that detecting endotoxin molecules is simpler and faster than detecting bacteria themselves, endotoxins not only provide a detection method, but also help us measure the severity of pollution.
The journey of bacteria from origin to endotoxins
1. Human excrement, animal excrement, or other pollutants entering the water
2. The pollutants contain pathogens such as Escherichia coli, Salmonella, and Campylobacter
3. Bacteria release endotoxin molecules as they grow or die
4. Collect water samples using Bacterisk and perform testing
5. Bacterisk can provide test results within 15 minutes and display endotoxin risk value (ER)
6. Assess the risk level and conduct further investigation if necessary

◆About BACTERISK
The birth of Bacterisk began in an unexpected place, not in an environmental science laboratory, but in a medical laboratory. After twenty years of immunological research on sepsis, founder Professor Simon Jackson discovered the potential of endotoxin detection technology in rapidly assessing water quality risks, giving birth to the concept of Bacterisk.
In 2018, after 20 With the development of the year, Bacterisk's rapid detection technology for polluted water has moved out of the laboratory and been delivered to the institutions that need it the most.
BACTERISKThe mission
BACTERISK protects aquatic ecosystems and public health by innovating water quality detection technology. Our technological advancements provide organizations, communities, and individuals with fast, portable, and easy-to-use testing kits that enable them to accurately assess risks on-site.
A cleaner and safer world
For many years, we have been committed to developing, improving, and simplifying Bacterisk detection systems to maintain a clean and safe water environment.
