System Component 4: Integrated Sampling Probe for Heat Tracing and Filtering
The specially designed integrated sampling probe for heat tracing and filtration, due to the different composition of VOCs organic waste gas in different industries, some waste gases contain water vapor or smoke, which can affect the experimental results. A specially designed sampling probe for this situation, equipped with a built-in filtering system and heat tracing system, filters the collected gas and simultaneously conducts 80 ℃ high-temperature heat tracing, allowing the collected exhaust gas to smoothly enter the temperature pressure flow module.
System Component 5: Data Acquisition and Transmission Device
The data acquisition and transmission device stores the test data and operating status of the VOCs online monitoring system through digital channels, analog channels, and switch channels, and uploads the data information to the VOCs online data monitoring platform through the system's built-in 4G wireless network module. The monitoring platform can transmit control commands to the data acquisition and transmission device through the 4G network, and the data acquisition and transmission device controls the operation of the VOCs online monitoring system based on the received control commands.
System Component 6: 4G Wireless Network Module
Due to environmental limitations, some locations are unable to install wired networks for the installation of VOCs organic pollutant online monitoring systems. Therefore, a separate 4G wireless network module is configured to allow the VOCs online monitoring system to exchange data with the VOCs monitoring platform through the 4G wireless network, making it more convenient to set up monitoring networks in multiple locations.
If the environment allows, the 4G module can be replaced with a wired network, which has better data transmission stability than the 4G module.
Application field
After multi-point deployment in high pollution areas of chemical plants, pharmaceutical factories, petrochemicals, printing, spraying and other enterprises, the VOCs organic pollutant online monitoring system can form a VOCs organic waste gas emission monitoring network. Through the monitoring platform, the VOCs emission status of the entire pollution source area can be continuously monitored for 24 hours, assisting environmental protection departments in real-time understanding the pollution situation in their jurisdiction and formulating corresponding improvement measures.
