1、 Basic characteristics of the product
1. A multifunctional, high-precision, and high stability on-site process calibrator that provides * measurement and output functions as well as special functions, almost meeting all calibration work on the process control site.
2. Input basic measurement characteristics
The highest measurement accuracy is 0.01%, and the measurement display is 5 digits.
The measurement functions include: DC voltage, DC current, resistance, thermocouple, thermistor, frequency, etc.
It can perform resistance and thermal resistance measurements for two-wire, three wire, and four wire systems.
Mathematical processing functions: data retention, scaling, averaging, maximum/minimum values, etc.
Internal 24V circuit power supply and measurement of circuit current.
3. Basic characteristics of analog output
The highest output accuracy is 0.01%, and the output is displayed as 6 bits.
The output functions include: DC voltage, DC current, analog resistance, thermocouple, thermistor, analog transmitter output, frequency, etc.
The output can be adjusted and set, and the output can be turned on or off, making the operation simple and fast.
DCI output can provide manual stepping, automatic stepping, and automatic ramp output.
Internally provide 24V circuit power supply.
4. Measurement and output are two independent isolated channels, which can be synchronized and display both input measurement values and output set values simultaneously.
5. Provide a variety of optional temperature divisions. Built in high-precision temperature sensor with high-precision thermocouple cold end compensation function, thermocouple cold end compensation can be selected to be connected or disconnected.
6. The instrument is equipped with a large capacity data storage, which can store up to 1000 sets of on-site verification data. The recorded data can be read locally or transmitted to the user's upper PC.
7. The up, down, left, and right keys can be used to increase or decrease the set value, making the instrument operation flexible, convenient, and fast.
8. A 3.2-inch TFT display screen that supports multiple data displays and an intuitive user interface.
9. Other functions: automatic power off, battery level detection, backlight brightness setting, date and time display and setting, environmental temperature detection, power frequency setting, etc.
10. Two power supply methods
The instrument can be powered by four No. 5 alkaline batteries in the battery compartment or by using a power adapter.
