UNIPOL-1502ATIf equipped with appropriate auxiliary equipment, an automatic precision grinding and polishing machine can achieve high-quality grinding surfaces, and can also grind and polish certain special samples (such as wafer samples). During the grinding and polishing process, the workstation swing arm mechanism simulates holding a sample to push the sample plate back and forth slowly. The sample plate rotates while revolving with the grinding plate, causing the center speed of the sample to periodically change, solving the defect of high center of the sample and making the surface quality of the ground sample uniform. This function effectively overcomes the defect of excessive edge wear of the sample during manual operation. The sample tray equipped with the grinding and polishing machine is a precision cylindrical metal block with high flatness and parallelism, which ensures that the surface of the ground sample also has high flatness and does not chamfer the edges of the sample, making it particularly suitable for samples with high edge requirements.
