UNIPOL-1220M Fully Automatic Metallographic Grinding and Polishing SystemIt includes a positioning loading tray, grinding and polishing unit, cleaning unit, and feeding unit, which can achieve a fully automated process from sampling, grinding, cleaning, polishing, and cleaning. Through touch screen operation, all parameters embedded in grinding, polishing, and cleaning can be accurately controlled, and parameter settings can be archived. The program can be started with one click to achieve consistency in sample automation operation. And an automatic embedding machine can be optionally selected for linkage, realizing fully automated processes of embedding, grinding, polishing, and cleaning. It is suitable for repetitive and consistent experiments of materials such as metals, ceramics, rock samples, electronic devices, as well as material research industry workers who require large-scale sample preparation.

Main Features

• Fully automatic sampling, grinding and polishing, and cleaning can be completed in one go, saving manpower. Complete up to 6 samples simultaneously.

• Automatically grab samples for grinding and polishing. During the process, different grit sizes of grinding paper and polishing pads can be automatically replaced.

• During grinding, the sample is subjected to pneumatic single point pressure, with an average applied force.

• During grinding, the speed of the upper and lower plates of the grinding disc can be adjusted freely, with the characteristics of low speed and high torque, making it convenient to use.

• The air pressure is controlled and adjusted through a throttle valve, and the required pressure can be adjusted according to the different materials of the sample.

• Equipped with multiple sets of drip devices, used in combination, with high flexibility.

• The whole machine shell is made of steel plate baked paint, which is durable and highly safe.

• Convenient touch based human-machine interface with programmable software system and program storage.

• Contains multiple material databases that can meet the repeatability and consistency experiments for materials such as metals, ceramics, rock samples, electronic devices, etc.

• Clean the sample through ultrasonic and air drying modules to ensure that the next process is not contaminated by residues from the previous process.
