[Principle of Measurement]

This product utilizes the luminescence reaction of firefly luciferase in combination with pyruvate phosphodiesterase kinase (PPDK) and pyruvate kinase (PK) in an enzyme cycle method. Through this detection method, the luminescence amount proportional to the total amount of ATP (adenosine triphosphate), ADP (adenosine diphosphate), and AMP (adenosine monophosphate) can be obtained.

ATP is an essential energy substance for all living organisms, contained in pollutants from biological sources such as microorganisms, food residues, and biological components.

ATP fluorescence detection "uses luciferase to detect ATP, which can easily, quickly, and sensitively confirm the degree of contamination. Therefore, it is widely used in food production sites, medical sites, and other places for cleanliness assessment. However, the breakdown of ATP into ADP and AMP is often overlooked. Kikkoman, through the following (luminescence principle) combination, can measure ADP and AMP in addition to ATP, making it possible to simultaneously detect "ATP+ADP+AMP". [Precautions for use]

To fully utilize the performance of this product, please pay attention to the following points when using it.

① Do not use expired products, as it may affect the accuracy of testing (please refer to the shelf life below the aluminum foil bag).

② This reagent is only suitable for testing instruments specified by the manufacturer, and testing instruments other than those specified cannot be used.

③ When this product is taken out from refrigerated storage, please wait for it to return to room temperature (refer to Table 2 for 20-30 minutes) before use. If the temperature is still low during use, it may result in lower measured values. Please use the product as soon as possible after restoring room temperature. In addition, the storage environment should not exceed 35 "℃, otherwise it may cause performance degradation.

④ Please try to use all the products in one go after opening the aluminum foil bag. If the opened reagent needs to be stored, please seal the aluminum foil bag and store it refrigerated (2-8 ° C). Otherwise, the performance of this product may deteriorate.

⑤ Do not place this product in direct sunlight for a long time, otherwise its performance may deteriorate

⑥ Before use, do not touch the inside of this product with your fingers, especially the cotton ball part, as it may affect the cleanliness assessment.

⑦ Please handle this product as gently as possible. If it falls or is impacted, it may cause damage to the internal aluminum foil film, resulting in performance degradation. @Do not use damaged products such as internal aluminum foil film, as it may result in inaccurate determination of cleanliness. Whether the aluminum foil film is damaged can be confirmed by checking whether there is any leakage of the extraction reagent. ⑨ The setting of the cleanliness judgment benchmark value should be based on the site conditions or the required level of cleanliness. Setting appropriate benchmark values helps to accurately determine cleanliness.

⑩ Do not disassemble the measuring tube part of this product, otherwise it may cause reagent leakage or inaccurate cleanliness determination. Additionally, it can also cause malfunctions in the measuring instruments.
