3、 Usage method

When using this instrument, first check if all the accessories accompanying the machine are complete, then plug in the power plug of the instrument, turn on the power switch, and according to your work needs, press the "SET" key or "∧", "∨" to enter the temperature setting state. The lower display shows "SP", and the upper display shows "temperature setting value". Then press the "∧" or "∨" keys to increase or decrease the temperature setting value to the set working temperature. After setting, press the "SET" button to acknowledge and exit the setting state.

Operate according to the user manual of the temperature controller. When not working, the power should be cut off to ensure safety, avoid damaging the components, and prevent severe vibration.

4Precautions

1. Before powering on, water should be poured into the pot above the partition. During use, the heating tube must not be exposed to the water surface, otherwise the heating tube will burn or even burst, or the solder will melt and leak water, electricity, etc. When an alarm is detected after turning on the device, please check if the water is in place

2. Safe use of electricity: This product uses a 220V AC power supply, and the power socket should use a three hole safety socket. It must be properly grounded and the grounding wire must not be connected to the gas pipe.

3. If leakage is found after long-term use, please check whether the heating tube is damaged, because the heating wire is a 220V AC voltage straight through, or check whether collision causes the circuit and insulation tube to fall off. If you do not understand the electrical principle, please absolutely prohibit disassembly and repair, and notify our factory for repair.

4. Connect the power, turn on the power switch, press the SET button once, the last digit of the temperature display flashes, then press the ∧∨ button to set the desired temperature, and press the SET button again to exit the setting. The temperature controller enters automatic temperature control mode.
