1Overview
This product is a new generation of constant temperature oil bath carefully designed and researched by our factory's researchers. It draws on the advantages of many similar products and has the characteristics of low noise, continuous operation, uniform oil flow and temperature circulation, stable and reliable performance, and simple operation. It adopts CNC temperature control and high precision. Widely used in chemical analysis, medicine and health, biological cultivation, scientific research and teaching, environmental protection, geological survey, precision metrology, marine research, soil analysis and other departments.

IIIUsage:
When using, it is necessary to first add according to the required capacity, but not lower than 2/3 of the height of the fuel tank. Adjust the required temperature by turning on the power, turning on the power switch, and the circulation pump switch (according to the usage requirements). The temperature is controlled by a CNC thermometer with an error of no more than 0.5 degrees.

5.1The order of calling out each function

The controller works when powered on:

After the controller is powered on, the upper row displays SY and the lower row displays the division number, indicating the input type. After another 2 seconds, the upper row displays the upper range limit and the lower row displays the lower range limit, indicating the measurement range. After 2 seconds, the upper row displays the measured value and the lower row displays the set value, entering the standard display mode.

Temperature setting:

Press the SET key to display SP in the upper row, and press the 5 or 6 key to display the desired value in the lower row. Press the function key to display ST (in minutes) in the upper row. Press the 5 or 6 key to display the desired value in the lower row. Then press the function key to return the controller to standard mode.

5.2Detailed description of each function

HPV area display:

If "" is displayed, it indicates that the sensor is open or the input signal exceeds the measurement limit; If "" is displayed, it indicates that the sensor is short circuited or the input signal is below the lower limit of the range. When the input signal of the controller is not within the range, the buzzer will sound and press any key to silence it.

H time query:

When the controller is working in standard mode, simply press the shift button, the upper row will display the timer time, and the lower row will display the controller set time. Press the 5 key again, and the controller will return to standard mode.

H Timer function:

When ST is set to 0, the controller cancels the timing function and runs continuously; When the ST is not set to 0, the controller has a timer function. When the running time of the controller reaches, the bottom row displays END, the buzzer sounds, and the controller stops working. Press any key to mute, and press the 5 and 6 keys for 4 seconds to restart. When the timer function is activated, the RUN indicator light flashes. If there is no timer or the timer has not been activated yet, the RUN indicator light stays on. The ALM light constant indicates a fault alarm.

Water level indication and replenishment function:

When the water level is low, the water level indicator light stays on and alarms, the buzzer sounds, the heating output is automatically turned off, and any key can be pressed to silence the sound; When the water level is medium, the water level indicator light flashes, and when the water level is high, the water level indicator light goes out; When there is a shortage of water, turn on the automatic water replenishment output, and the water replenishment indicator ALM flashes.

5.3The self-tuning function of the controller (setting the set time to0Cancel the timer and set the timer time after the self-tuning is completed

If the temperature control effect is not ideal, please activate the self-tuning function, press the 6 key for 4 seconds, the AT indicator light will flash, the controller will start self-tuning, and the RUN indicator light will remain on after self-tuning automatically ends; At this point, the control effect will be greatly improved.

During the self-tuning process, press the 6 key for 4 seconds and the running indicator light will remain on. The self-tuning will stop and the controller will control according to the original PID parameters.

Press the SET key for more than 4 seconds to display LK. Adjust LCK to 18, then press the SET key to display the prompt for the control parameters in the upper row (see control parameter list for details). Press the 5 or 6 key to display the desired value in the lower row. Long press SET to return to standard mode. (Automatically returns to standard mode after 1 minute of keyless press)

5、 Precautions

1. The instrument displays HHH when the measured value exceeds the instrument range or the thermocouple is disconnected, and LLL when the measured value is below the lower limit of the instrument range.

2．The instrument display is normal, but the temperature suddenly loses control. It is necessary to check whether there is a short circuit or open circuit in the external load. Someone needs to be on duty during the operation of this instrument.

4Notes:
1. The casing should be properly grounded during use to prevent accidents;
2. It is strictly prohibited for various solutions to enter the control room to avoid damaging the host;
3. It is strictly prohibited to heat the water tank without oil to avoid burning out the heating tube;
4. Mixing should be slowly adjusted at low speed before it can work;
5. When the instrument malfunctions, please have a technician who understands electrical repairs check or notify our factory for repair.

The instrument should be stored in a dry, ventilated, and non corrosive gas free place. Do not stack heavy objects on the workbench. Immediately wipe dry after the experimental solution overflows.
