Product UsageAseptic testing of aerobic, microaerophilic, and anaerobic bacteria in turbid products of biological products and other samples.
Inspection principle:Tryptone and yeast extract provide carbon and nitrogen sources, vitamins, and growth factors; Glucose provides fermentable sugars that are more conducive to growth; Sodium chloride maintains a balanced osmotic pressure; Sodium thioglycolate and L-cystine can effectively reduce the oxidation-reduction potential, prevent the accumulation of peroxides from causing toxicity to certain bacteria, and their thiol groups have the antibacterial effect of passivating preservatives containing arsenic, mercury, and other heavy metals.

Usage:Weigh 28.5g of this product, add 1 L of distilled water or deionized water, stir and heat until completely dissolved, pack, sterilize at 121 ℃ for 15 minutes, and set aside.
