Inspection principle:Peptone provides nitrogen source, vitamins, and growth factors; Sodium chloride maintains a balanced osmotic pressure; Potassium dihydrogen phosphate and disodium dihydrogen phosphate are phosphate acid buffering agents used to maintain pH. Phospholipids and Tween-80 can neutralize preservatives and disperse substances in emulsions. Phospholipids can neutralize quaternary ammonium salts, Tween-80 can neutralize phenols, hexachlorophenols, and formalin, and their combination can neutralize ethanol; Histone acid hydrochloric acid salt can neutralize acetic acid chlorhexidine, and can also serve as a pH buffer or a nutrient for the growth of target bacteria.

Usage:Weigh 20.1 g of dry powder of this product, take another 30 mL of Tween-80, add 1 L of distilled water, heat and boil until completely dissolved, and sterilize under high pressure at 121 ℃ for 15 minutes.
