Inspection principle:Casein pancreatic enzyme digest, meat stomach enzyme digest, soy peptone, yeast extract, meat extract, etc. provide carbon sources, nitrogen sources, and growth factors; Maintain pH stability with glycerol oil phosphate acid sodium; Sulfate magnesium provides the ions needed for bacterial growth; Ascorbic acid stimulates the growth of lactic acid bacteria; Lactose provides a carbon source.
