This thermal conductivity testing flat plate thermal conductivity meter is manufactured according to the test method (YB/T4130-2005) of the People's Republic of China's refractory material "Thermal Conductivity Test Method (Water Flow Flat Plate Method)", and is suitable for measuring the thermal conductivity of refractory materials with a hot surface temperature between 200 ℃ and 1300 ℃ and a thermal conductivity between 0.03 and 2W/(m · K).

3、 Working principle

According to the basic principle of the stable thermal conductivity process of a one-dimensional flat plate by Fourier, the heat absorbed by the water flow passing through the central calorimeter in the unit time one-dimensional temperature field of the sample from the hot surface to the cold surface is measured. The heat is directly proportional to the thermal conductivity of the sample, the temperature difference between the hot and cold surfaces, and the area of the heat absorbing surface of the central calorimeter, and inversely proportional to the thickness of the sample.

4、 Equipment structure

1. The heating furnace uses four silicon carbide rods as heating elements, three S-type single platinum rhodium thermocouples as temperature measuring elements, and the connection of temperature measuring signal lines;

2. The control cabinet is used to control the temperature of the heating furnace, measure the millivolt values of the temperature of the cold and hot surfaces of the sample, and the temperature rise of the central calorimeter water;

3. The constant pressure water tank is used to supply a constant pressure water source to the calorimeter and protect it from being burned out;

4. The equipment furnace shell adopts a 40 square tube welded main frame; High quality carbon steel sheet metal for decorative panel production; Surface electrostatic spraying treatment; Beautiful and durable structure;
