4、 Installation and use of equipment

1. Place the device steadily without any shaking.

2. Connect the water, power, and wastewater discharge systems. Wastewater should not be directly discharged into the sewer pipeline. It should be discharged into the sedimentation tank first, and then discharged into the sewer pipeline after sedimentation. To prevent the pipeline from being blocked.

3. Open the protective cover of the workbench, place the sample to be prepared into the fixture and adjust its position.

4. Turn on the water and electricity to ensure normal operation of the equipment, and pay attention to the direction of motor rotation.

5. Adjust the feed of the left and right wheels according to the length of the sample to achieve the adjustment of the grinding sample size.

6. Shake the sampling handwheel of the workbench to grind the sample.

7. After grinding the sample to the specified size, turn off the power, remove the sample, clean the equipment, and turn off the power.
