The measurement method is to make the test material into a truncated triangular cone of a specified size, and when heated at a certain heating rate, it gradually bends due to its own weight. The temperature at which the test cone bends to its top and comes into contact with the chassis for automatic fire resistance testing is the fire resistance of the test material.

This series of instruments can be used to test the temperature at which materials reach a specific degree of softening under high temperature, record morphological changes, and perform real-time automatic analysis and processing of collected data and images through dedicated measurement and control software.

High temperature refractometerCan be used to test the refractoriness of refractory materials below 1800 ℃, meeting the testing standards of GB/T 7322 and ISO 528 "Determination of cone equivalent values (refractoriness) for refractory products".

High temperature silicon molybdenum rods are used as heating elements, B-type thermocouples are used for temperature measurement, and high-precision temperature control modules are used to accurately control the heating rate. The industrial image acquisition system collects real-time images and displays them on the computer monitor. After the experiment is completed, the experimental report can be printed, which includes pictures and temperature information. One experiment can test six types of samples.
