Product Introduction

DRPL-3BThermal conductivity meter (protective plate heat flow meter method)Adopting the internationally popular method of using a heat flux meter to detect thermal conductivity, coupled with a computer to achieve fully automatic detection, it has automatic pressure and thickness measurement functions, can be tested under different pressures, and reduces manual measurement errors, adapting to the testing requirements of thermal conductivity and thermal resistance of various common materials.

This instrument is based on the principle of steady-state flat plate method testing. A stable hot surface temperature is added to the hot surface, and heat is transferred to the cold surface through the sample. The transferred heat flux is measured, and the thermal conductivity and thermal resistance can be calculated based on the thickness and heat transfer area of the sample. This testing method is simple, fast, and has good repeatability. Very suitable for research and development in material heat transfer. Can be used for testing nylon, plastic, silicone rubber, graphite, insulation materials, etc., widely used in colleges, research institutes, quality inspection, factories and mines.
