Swiss VAT-15.1- High Vacuum Isolation Gate Valve
The 15.1 high vacuum isolation gate valve series is designed for applications that require low particle production and low impact sensitivity. These valves can be used for various pressure levels (up to ultra-high vacuum<10-10Vacuum isolation under mbar.
All valves in this series adopt MONOVAT technology. This technology can provide reliable gate sealing without any friction and also reduce the risk of particles. One of the key features of MONOVAT technology is the sulfurized gate seal. This is a highly reliable and more durable sealing solution. Another advantage is its excellent performance in low particle production and gas release.
In addition, the special soft closing mechanism of MONOVAT technology (without any lubricant) can minimize the mechanical impact on the system where the valve is installed. In traditional valve solutions, a rapidly moving valve plate contacting the valve body can cause mechanical impact. The 15.1 high vacuum isolation gate valve series has been installed in thousands of demanding applications, proving its reliability under various process conditions.
The sturdy split design reduces workload and simplifies maintenance. This series can easily meet all vacuum isolation requirements from standard vacuum to ultra-high vacuum.
Various design options such as flange connections, sealing material, or additional vacuum ports make it easy to integrate into any application.
15.1 High vacuum isolation gate valves can be used in conjunction with pneumatic actuators and solenoid valves; It can be used as an on device solution or for external installation. The standard voltage for solenoid valves is 24 VDC, but other voltages can be provided upon request. The valve position is indicated by a mechanical or electrical position indicator that can be baked up to 140 ℃.
Flange connections ISO-F, CF-F (15.2), ASA-LP, and JIS are standard options, and customer specified flanges can also be provided. It can integrate customized functions, such as special windowed gates and foil valve plates, or additional vacuum ports.
These valves are equipped with fluororubber seals. Other sealing materials can be used according to requirements.
