11.1 The high vacuum gate valve adopts VATLOCK technology, which aims to provide reliable sealing without generating any friction at the valve plate seal. Due to the mechanical locking at the closed end position, the VATLOCK mechanism can also prevent valve failure.

The 11.1 series and its predecessor 11.0 have been installed in thousands of demanding applications under various process conditions, proving their reliability. They have become the standard for any high vacuum isolation requirements for DN 63-320 mm (2.5 "-11.5") sizes.

With its robust design, the 11.1 series meets all the requirements for reliable operation of high vacuum gate valves. 11.1 aims to reliably execute a significant number of process cycles and sets standards for universal high vacuum gate valves.

This series offers various drive and flange connection design options, making it easy to integrate into any high vacuum system. Various special options, such as windows and ports, ensure suitability for the application.

11.1 High vacuum gate valves come in three types: manual, pneumatic, and three position pneumatic. If necessary, the valve can be controlled by an electromagnetic valve located on the equipment or at a remote location. The standard voltage for solenoid valves is 24 VDC, but other voltages can be provided upon request. The valve position is indicated by a dual position indicator with switching contacts, with two switches corresponding to the "open" and "closed" positions.

The standard options for flange connectors are ISO-F, CF-F, ASA-L, and JIS. Can integrate customer specified flanges with and without water cooling.

The valve plate seal can be an O-ring seal or a vulcanized seal with a maximum size of DN 200 mm (8 "). Sulfurization sealing has performance in terms of vacuum performance and reliability, making it a recommended solution.
