1High precision angle feedback: solving the core pain point of high-speed motor control

The speed of high-speed motors (such as servo motors and turbomachinery) can reach tens of thousands of revolutions per minute, and their closed-loop control system needs to obtain real-time rotor position information to achieve precise speed and torque control. Admotec rotary transformer converts the rotor angle into sine/cosine signal output through electromagnetic induction principle, with a typical angle accuracy of ± 30 arc minutes (about ± 0.5 °), and some models can reach ± 5 arc minutes (about ± 0.083 °), with a resolution of 0.1-0.2% of the full range. This high-precision feedback enables the motor to maintain dynamic balance even during high-speed rotation, avoiding vibration or efficiency loss caused by position errors.

Temperature resistant design: The working temperature range covers -55 ° C to+220 ° C (depending on the model), adapting to the high temperature environment and climate conditions inside the motor.

Anti impact vibration: Adopting a solid rotor (without winding design), it eliminates the reliability problems caused by winding wear in traditional rotary transformers, and can withstand 20G impact and 10G vibration (10-500Hz), suitable for strong vibration scenarios such as oil drilling and nuclear energy equipment.
