Sarissa wrist sensor
Sarissa does not have a standardized product specifically named "wrist sensor", but based on its two core business directions, it can find two devices/modules that can adapt to wrist wearing scenarios and undertake sensing functions, corresponding to industrial operation positioning and biomedical detection scenarios, respectively. The specific information is as follows:
Hand positioning sensor matching module adapted to industrial scenarios
The PositionBox sensor from Sarissa GmbH in Germany, although not explicitly labeled as "wrist type", can be used as a supporting sensing device for hand positioning. By wearing it on the wrist, it can achieve precise positioning in manual operation scenarios and is an extension application of its local positioning system (LPS).
Core function: This sensor is based on ultrasonic technology to calculate the three-dimensional spatial coordinates of the tool or hand, with a positioning accuracy of millimeter level and is not affected by environmental light interference. Even if the transmitter and receiver are at a 70 degree angle, it can still work stably, and supports 90 degree rotation positioning under specific conditions. If the supporting module is worn on the wrist, it can accurately capture the trajectory and position of the worker's hand movements.
Application value: In scenarios such as automotive battery assembly and aerospace component assembly, when workers wear this sensing module, the system can track the position of their hands and handheld tools in real time, guide precise operations with laser projection and other equipment, and avoid positional deviations during assembly, achieving the goal of error prevention and zero error production in industrial assembly. In addition, it can also be integrated with PLC and other devices through interfaces such as PROFINET and TCP/IP, adapting to the flexible needs of multi variant production lines.
Sarissa wrist sensor
The technology of detecting the position of the operator's hand can also be used as a hand sensor on the worker's wrist.
The sensor weighs 27 grams
Working hours 12 hours
Sarissa Sensor Hand Bandage
During assembly, packaging, and picking processes, the position of workers' hands can be detected to achieve zero error rates.
For small-scale grasping positions, use sensor hand bandages to distinguish deployment with an accuracy of 50 millimeters.
In manual dexterity, the sensor can keep the left and right hands apart. The intelligent sensor technology weighs only 21 grams and can be easily fixed to the drum through clamping fasteners.
One handed work
USB-C charging (2 hours)
The sensor weighs 21g
The working time is 9 hours
Clip closed for easy connection of sensor to bandage
Accuracy: 50mm
